Offices Services Coordinator

Lewis Search Group is currently recruiting to hire an experienced Office Services Coordinator for one of its national boutique law firm clients. This role will play an integral part in assuring that the operational needs of the office are running smoothly.
This person should have a knowledge of some computer/IT, capability to hook up computer/printers/phones for all new hires and work with IT Director to troubleshoot issues when needed; have some knowledge about the court system (for purposes of filing papers with courts in NY); capable of ordering supplies from vendors; work on a team and coordinate with vendors; ok to run errands for office. Copy/scan/shredding projects, conference rooms set-up, copier troubleshooting and furniture moving when needed (be able to lift up to 20-25 lbs). Assistance with event planning for the office.
